So like everyone else, they offered a deal like half off or something. So i paid the little 10$ or whatever. Of course i forget to cancel it after the 10 day trial.and im charged full price 28.33 along with a separate 4.99. I remember to cancel right before i pay for the mext month .cancel it 3 days before On the website. Boom canceled. 2 days later im charged 28.33 and 4.99. Its canceled on the website july 21 and they even sent a confirmation cancel email on the 21. Well since my paypal card was subscribed still an entire separate subscription that needs canceled which i didnt know your card can have a subscription attached to it on the paypal app.im charged another month and 4.99. I sent my first email at 10 at night and included the canceled on jul21 on their site. Included The confirmation for the cancelation email received july 21. I sent a screen shot of my paypal activity showing paid on july 23. By 1055 i had the confirmation email i was refunded the 28.33. Quick response no hassle. But ill be pissed if i dont get that 4.99 UPDATE**** As soon as i posted this. Proof read it. Made and edit. And hit post. Close the window and i have an email. I got the 4.99. Ayyoo

Was promised a month of people searches with membership fee but truthfinders would not do a second search without me paying again. Also was told I could cancel anytime but website is impossible to cancel and I cannot get ahold of a live person. Scam. Do not use. Waste of money..

-10 Stars. A total scam. Do not sign up with these people. I signed up for a "Free Trial Subscription" a year ago and I just noticed they are still billing me. I cancelled immediately. There are more reliable companies out there, like People Search. I never even got my personal background report which I wanted to check for accuracy. A business whose model is hoping folks will forget to cancel is not worth patronizing. This seems to be the consensus from the other reviews (except one which gives no information and is probably an employee). I get periodic updates from some of the other services, even though I am no longer subscribed (I guess they are trying to win me back but the person who was stalking me is back in prison). I never got anything from TruthFinder, even in my Spam, Promotions, or Social Folders. TOTALLY BOGUS !!!!!

Waited for ever for results. Finally got to end of endless progress bars. Reached payment page, made payment, chose Google supplied password, logged in and was returned to payment page. Asked for password reset link, twice. None sent. Total scam.
